Hi does anyone know how much milk a 20lb 18 week old baby should have? Can't find much imformation as most babies that size are over 6 months and weaned. thank you x

Generally it is about 2.5 oz/lb with variance between babies.  Just make sure that you lo has at least 16 oz/day or have 3 very wet diapers/day.  The amount will fluctuate day to day so try not to worry too much.  HTH

It's usually based on weight rather than age. The most common calculation is 2.5/2.7ox per lb of body weight, but like all things with babies it varies between children and on a daily basis - some days they're just less hungry than others - just like us.
