Early wakings
« on: September 18, 2005, 12:19:26 pm »
My 18 month old started waking up very early a few months ago.  I read the posts about making his naptime later and it worked!  Now he is starting to wake up early again.   Do I need to make his nap even later?  This is what the day looks like:

Up at 6:00 (or earlier)
Lunch at 12:00
Bottle at 1:00 and nap (He is ususally falling asleep on his feet by this point)
Wake up around 3:30
Bottle and bedtime around 7:30

He goes to sleep well and always wakes once in the night - sometimes twice.  A later bedtime doesn't fix the problem.

I'm not a morning person.  Getting up before 7:00 doesn't excite me, but getting up at 5:00 is misery!  Please help.
