Dear Andy,
I still cannot log in, even though you sent me a new password and it has been activated. Again, my name is Lori Estes, my e-mail address is loriestes@yahoo.com, my username is mykonos, and the passwor you gave me is sgz3az30. Please respond.

I just ried to submit this, and it said the username is already taken. I am getting really frustrated.

Hello Lori

Your account has been activated, and I'm not sure why that password hasn't worked for you.

I've changed your password again, and sent it to you via email.  I've tested it using Microsoft Internet Explorer and it allowed me to log-in.  Could you please try again and update this post.

PS, if it does work, please be sure to change the password :D
