How long is your lo staying up?

Hiyas all

I was just wondering how long your lo's are staying up at around 5 months and up. I know every lo is different, but I'm trying to get an idea how much I should pace myself in the coming months in pushing up her wake time so we don't constantly run into 45 min naps (which we'll end up doing anyway I'm sure, but at least I'll have an idea of where naps might fall). I know this will be helpful to others too, as I think I see a lot of question as to how long their lo's should be staying up. So you experienced moms out there...if you can remember, how long at:

5 months?
6 months?
7 months?
8 months?

and on up to 12 months? Or did you just push it up 15 or 20 mins each month total?

What is your dd's temperament?  That does make a difference to some extent.

She's pretty laid back and calm, but somewhat spirited and easy to get wound up if you want her to be. Honestly, she doesn't cry real often, but tends to fuss, especially when she's bored or tired. Most of the time she's all smiles. Pretty textbook developmentally. I can usually set a watch by her, so to speak.
