cannot log on...

as of yesterday, i have not been able to log on.  it type in my username (gigismom) and password and it says it is either incorrect or invalid.  i thought maybe there was just some sort of temporary problem yesterday, but it is persisting today as well.  please help.  thanks.

i guess i should also tell you that my name is lindsey.  my e-mail address is lin_z20000@yahoo.com (it is currently different than the one in my profile.)  thanks!!

There was a slight problem with the site that Andy's fixed now, but it does mean that you'll have to clear all cookies and temporary internet files in your browser, then close your browser and re-open it for the action to take effect.

To clear cookies in Internet Explorer;

Tools > Internet Options > General Tab (should already be open on this).

Click 'Delete Cookies' & 'Delete Files' (If you haven't done this for some time, it may take a while to delete). Close browser and re-open.

Ok, I'll test your account on my pc here, I'll have to change your password, and your view last posts won't be updated if I can log-in as you.

Right I've changed your password and successfully logged in as you on my pc using Internet Explorer to test.

I know this may sound a little tedious, but I'll need you to delete your cookies & close, re-open your browser once more before you log-in using the new password.  Once(if) you're in, please change your password to something suitable.

I'll email your password to you now.

PS, if you change your email address you will require an admin to re-activate the account for you, so some forewarning is recommended.
