I have been dealing with 45 min naps for about 3 weeks and I think it is slowly getting better. My daughter will now take 2 x 2 hour naps (hope i don't jinx myself) and usually a 45 min nap in the afternoon.

Just wondering when they start to transition from the first 45 minutes to the next without such fuss? I currently have the monitor on and like clockwork i hear her stir and fuss at 45 minutes for about 10 minutes and then all is quiet for another 45 minutes. Does it every get into a smooth transition or is this how everyone sleep but it is just amplified because of the monitor?

Hope this makes sense.

I'm not going to be much help here, but I would love if someone can answer that question. I've been wondering about this myself.

That's typical. Many infants will partially awake at this point-- some just a whimper while others will have scream out.  If she is falling back to sleep, then don't worry about it. It could be her way of settling back into the sleep cycle.
