Almost all log-in problems are cookie related.
There was a slight problem with the site that Andy has fixed now, but it does mean that you'll have to clear all cookies and temporary internet files in your browser, then close your browser and any other browser windows that are open, and re-open it for the action to take effect.
To clear cookies in Internet Explorer;
Tools > Internet Options > General Tab (should already be open on this).
Click 'Delete Cookies' & 'Delete Files' (If you haven't done this for some time, it may take a while to delete). Close browser and re-open.
