question regaurding dreamfeeding/cluster feeding

Ok,so ds is 10 weeks and we have been on a 3 hr. routine.He sleeps from 10:30-6:30 and his naps are pretty good,This afternoon he woke from tow naps early and seemed hungry so we fed and then the night time gets off.I usually feed him at 7 or 7:30 and then dreamfeed at 10:30.So he was fed at 6:15 tonight and that is too long to go until 10:30 so I plan on doing two dreamfeeds,one at 8:45 and one at 10:45 so I can get to the late feeding .Make sense?I don't want him to be up at 8 :45,I had to do this one other time and he went right back down.Has anyone had to do this?

I actually did this. I was putting Anna to sleep at 7 or 7:30 pm and giving her two dreamfeeds, one at 9 pm and the second one just before I  was going to sleep at 10:30 or 11 pm. I was doing this for quite long time, I think, I stopped when she was 6.5 months old.
