About when do growth spurts happen?

Srry me again with ANOTHER question  :o since my LO found his fists he has them constantly in his mouth and im finding it a lot harder to read when hes actually hungry (untill he tells me in no uncertain terms :x ) about what age did your LOs go through growth spurts... this might give me an idea when to be more vidulent

Mostly at 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 5-6 months and then 9 months, I think. Bear in mind, some babies get additional growth spurts or are not going according to the book. I also heard of growth spurt at 3 weeks followed by a regular 6 week one.
