It's completely overwhelming, especially with a picky toddler! :shock:
Will you have your lo on a vitamin? That honestly made me feel so much less "stressed" about his eating habits, though you would find a few posts from me on his eating if you went looking! :wink:
Just try to go for a balanced diet - fruits, veggies, grains and meats.
My ds has gone through several "phases" where all he would eat was chicken nuggets and green beans, or pancakes!! :evil:
Drives you nuts, but you really need to look at their overall weekly eating, and not judge on just one day.
And, did I mention vitamins? :wink:
