Standing up in Crib
« on: September 28, 2005, 05:09:38 am »
Hello everyone, my friends little guy (9 months old) has just learned how to pull himself up on things.  Now when he goes to bed at night or for naps she is having a really hard time getting him to actually lay down and sleep, he is constantly pulling himself up to standing in his crib.  Any advice??
Happy First Time Mommy:)

during his waking hours, she could try & spend time teaching him how to get down from a standing postion.
the phase will pass when the novelty wears off, but she can help him along by giving him lots of opportunities to practice
