We are now 5 days into the life of dd#2, so of course my milk has come in with a vengeance (sp??)!  Yesterday dd#1 had a feed, and the relief from the engorgement was soooo good!  Dd#1 also didn't even seem to notice the difference, just loved all the milk!!  (I have been feeding her once a day throughout my pregnancy, but this was just the second feed since dd#2 was born).

So today she has had another feed, and it's a great help!!

I remember reading an article about a mother who still fed her toddler when the second child came through & how that helped with the engorgement.

Ahhhhh relief. Glad to hear it's going so well. Just let them regulate your supply, you will make plenty for them as long as you keep up the nursing. My friend that tandemed (lol is that a word?) was so grateful for toddler nursing to boost her supply.
