We finally got in to see the allergist, after waiting for 6 months for an appointment.  They did skin testing for egg, milk and soy and she didn't react to any of them!!!  So, hopefully she's outgrown her problem.

That's how I explained the appointment to Graham, we had to go find out if Elizabeth could have ice cream yet! 
Then we went out for ice cream and she got a few licks. 
I'm definitely relieved basically because, as you all know, label reading and worrying about hidden ingredients can get really old.

I'm reading your post and getting positive vibes form it. Liv has a hospital appt on Oct 13th and I'm hoping they'll give us a date to do a milk challenge (don't like testing over here as it costs them too much - sorry just my cynical view)

I have everything crossed as I so would like her to have ice cream at Xmas!
