Hi everyone, I am new to the site and I have Traceys books and her DVD ad I am still having trouble with my baby sleeping.

My 4 month old Paige will not sleep through the night yet...i am breastfeeding and we just started giving her a bottle with half formula in it in the last week but so far it hasnt made a differance in her sleep habits. She sleeps for 3 hours at the most from about 9-12 then she is up every 2 hours after that for " a snack feed" for 10 minutes then she falls back asleep. It seems that every time she wakes she wants to eat, I have tried her soother instead of my breast and it works sometimes but I feel as if I dont get any sleep through the night. Any suggestions out there??

Hi there - can you post DDs EASY routine during the day? It sounds like implementing a cluster and dreamfeed in the evenings to tank her up and then use PU/PD to aid her to sleep, could be your best bet. But post your schedule and we can work you out a plan of action
