hi it wont let me log in
ive tried deleating the cookies and files but still says incorrect username or pass word

OK, I think Andy has pretty much cracked this now, so can you try clearing cookies one more time, closing browser, opening browser.

Then update to let me know how you get on

just tried to reset my password but it keeps saying email address doesnt match username?

When logging-in be sure that the url in the address bar does not have thebabywhisperer only babywhisperer, if necessary delete the the manually.

Logging on seems to default thebabywhisperer, but if you use the login option at the bottom that works fine.

Unfortunately, if you logon using thebabywhisperer it gives you the problem you've been seeing, and it's likely going to mean a cookie clean again.

OK, I've reset your password myself, and emailed it to you, please change it as soon as you get the chance.

I've tested using IE and can login under your username.

Before entering the BW website, clear cookies and temp files, close browser, open browser and logon using the either the login at the bottom of the Forum Index, or using;

http://www.babywhisperer.com/forum/login.php

hopefully that'll sort if for you, please let me know
