have a 9month old who has started waking in the night for the past 3-4 weeksa for a bottle, usually 4 -6 oz. We stopped the dream feed @7 months,but wonder if we need to start it back

Does he wake the same time every night? If so, it could be because of habit and not hunger...

also - at 9 mo i would not reintroduce the Df - if it is hunger and not habit i woudl look carefully at what food is being eaten int he day and how to increase that. look at what is eaten at dinner and bedtime bottle as if those are good foods and amounts that is where you shoud see the most help in keeping lo sleeping through without hunger issues.
