if I am consuming a load of fruit and veg (we just bought a juicer and are loving it
) then will dd be getting a load through bf-ing too? She also eats it by herself but just wondering if she is sort of double dosing :lol:

No, your milk may be a slightly different flavor, but the nutrition doesn't change.
Just an FYI - watch out for those extra calories from juice! :shock:
