Waking up at 4am?
« on: October 15, 2005, 02:18:46 am »
The last two nights my lo (3months) has been waking up at 4am and laughing and smiling alot (very cute - but not at 4 in the morning please!) I'll give her the dummy and she'll fall back asleep - thank goodness.

Normailly, I give her a df at 10.30pm and she usually sleeps from df till 6.30-7.00am.

I'm worried that this maybe turning into a habit, and if it is, how do I stop it from happening again. Is it to do with what's happening during the day or maybe because the birds start chirping at around 4am.... bring on daylight saving!

TIA
