Hi this is my first post!

I am looking for some advice. zoe is going to be 1 this week and she still wakes up through the night and will not go back to sleep unless I cuddle her to sleep. This can some tines take up to an hour as when I go to put her back in her cot she wakes again!

Last night she has her bottle at 8.00 and went straight to sleep. 10 minutes later she was awake and didn't go back to sleep until 11.00pm.

any suggestions? :roll:

Is she having a lot of naps during the day, or a big nap near the end of the day?
