Question on Naps
« on: October 24, 2005, 09:09:49 am »
My lo has currently been going through 45mins naps, but lies quite calm and quiet but awake till her next feed.  Do I count the awake time in her cot as part her nap time? So if for example her nap time is 1.30hr and she is awake for the last half of the 45 mins, do I count that as 45mins or 1.30hr?  This is confusing me   :?

I would think only the time dd is actually asleep is considered nap time.

yes so would i for example my ds is due at 3pm but he  was wide awake and happy at 2pm so i count his awake time from 2pm, his awake time is 2 hours so he will have a catnap around 4pm instead of 5pm x
