Sleeping Through Cycles - After Busy Day
« on: October 23, 2005, 15:52:24 pm »
Hi there. My DD (10 weeks, 3 days) had a very busy day yesterday - family outing. She is exhausted today and has already slept 15 minutes into her next cycle (she is on 4-hour schedule by her own wish). I am trying to wake her up, but turning lights on and softly saying her name isn't rousing her at all. How long should I continue to let her sleep? Will this interfere with her naps later today or her nighttime sleep?

It might push EASY back a little bit but that's ok.  Most time though, sleep begets more sleep so don't be surprised if her naps are pretty normal.  I, personally, wouldn't let her go past 5 hrs at the most  :D
