my little boy is 11 months old and has been crusing around my funiture for the past month he can pull himself up on anything but he cant standby himself yet when he lets go he falls down.

he does go to walk but he keeps falling. he can walk holding on to my pinky.

i thought he would be walking by now is this normall what he is doing ive tried everything to get him to stand by himself.

This is all totally normal. They all develop at different rates and times.
DD cruised for a good 6 weeks/2 months before she stood, and then a while longer before she walked. She took her first step at almost 15mo.
I have a friend whos dd is 16mo and she isn't crawling or standing with support, but she sure can chat!
He will do it when he is ready! Be patient and try to enjoy the quiet before the storm as things really change when they are walking!
