HI
I'd really like to hear from anyone who bf's three times a day. Can you please tell me how old your baby was when you began this and at what times you feed?

with ds#1 I dropped down to 3 at around 9mo & did one first thing in the morning, one after lunch & one last thing at night.

I also dropped #1 to 3 feeds a day at 9-10mths.

Dd1 dropped to 3 bf per day at 10m.  They were after breakfast and lunch and just before bed.

Dropped to 3 feeds at about 10 months.  Feed times ended up being 7am, 3pm and bedtime.

I just dropped to 3 bf a day and she just turned 10mos.  She nurses as soon as she wakes, usually the longest feed; one after her lunch (5mins max) and right before bed (7:30pm, again 5-6mins).  She eats solids very well at 7am, lunch at noon and dinner at 6pm.

Is anyone giving their lo any other form of liquid, or 3 bf a day is enough for this age?  I always feel like she's needing more fluid intake since she doesn't drink too much water or any other fluid, also since she nurses very briefly for lunch and before bed.

I always gave my kids a water sippy with solids meals. As they grew older, I replaced some of the water to milk.

Lindsey went from 4 to 3 breastfeeds at 10 months and I always offer watered down juice with meals.  She nursed at awakening, about an hour or so after lunch and then at bedtime.

Samantha is now (in the last 2 weeks) down to 3 breastfeeds a day.
Morning, noon and before bed. 
She is also well into 3 solid meals a day too with VERY watered down apple juice at meal times :wink:
