Still waking up at night

I have been doing the EASY with my almost five month old for 5 days now.  The first two nights she did great.  Now she is waking up two times a night.  One is always at 6:45.  What do I do?

Firstly 5 days is still only early days & it may take more than a week to see results. & at 5mo 2 night wakings if one is 6.45 (actually considered morning) is very reasonable.
Second 6.45 may well be the time your lo is ready to start the day...
what does your day routine look like?

Eat at 7:30ish
Play until 9 or 9:30
Nap 9 or 9:30 till 11 or 11:30
Eat at 11:30
Play till 1 or 1:30
Nap till 3 or 3:30
Eat at 3:30
Play and then  catnap around 5:30ish
Eat at 7:15 or 7:30
Bed at 8
Dream feed at 11

She is starting to wake up before her dream feed.  Are we waiting too long?

I would probably bring the df forward a bit to 10.30 if she is wakign for it

& I have to say WOW you have almost the perfect routine... If your lo is going to bed at 8 doing a df & going to 6.45am & the naps are like they are you have it going better than most people would hope for you have don't remarkably well.

You might like your lo to sleep past 6.45am, but hun, I'm afraid you have to accept one or 2 not quiet perfect parts of a babies routine, esp if you get good 1.5-2hour day naps

Well, we are still working on naps.  I can usually get about 1 1/2 from her, but I have to be there to help her through those wakenings.  I will try starting our day at 6:45...That might even help with the nap.
It will be great moving the df up...It has been hard for us to stay up that late!!!
