cows milk
« on: October 28, 2005, 12:37:13 pm »
I was just wondering at how many months
is it ok to make porridge or semolina,
custards with cows milk?
The cans of custards are made with whole milk so i figure home made is better.
my baby is 6months old and has been on solids for 2 months.
this has always confused me even with my other 2 children. :?
Thank you.

Hi

I think the general train of thought is that it's ok to use full fat cow's milk in cooking (sauces, custard, porridge etc) from 6 months old.

love
Marie
