Ok DD is 15 months and still on formula
I want to move her on to milk but its gonna have to be goats milk i think as shes always been ill with cows.
Thing is i dont know whether to do it one bottle at a time or just swap over all at once. IM SOOOO scared that it will affect her sleeping.
She has 4 bottles a day and 3 solid meals and 1-2 snacks ( big girl  )
first bottle when she wakes, second at aboy 10am third at 3pm and 1 b4 bed.
do i give her the milk in bottles still or try it in her cup at the moment she will only drink water from her cup.

O im very confusled

We have just started introducing whole milk to my 10.5 month old who's accustomed to soy formula.  What seems to be working in our situation is giving her a sippy cup at meal and snack times with the cow's milk and continuing to try to feed to soy formula in a bottle at regular times.  She naturally seems to prefer the cup and cow's milk.  You might try giving her the goats milk in a cup as it is going to have a different taste and she won't necessarily equate this with a bottle.

Since your DD had problems with cow's milk, I would recommend giving her one bottle per day of the goat's milk to be sure she won't have any reaction to it as well. The first bottle of the day would be the best so you can watch her throughout the day for reactions.

And -- listen VERY carefully to this advice -- PUT IT IN A CUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) I waited too long to make the bottle/cup transition with Griffin and he is still fighting me on it and he will be 2 in a coupe of months.

Have you thought about switching her to soy milk instead? :) Be sure to get one without carageenan as many kids will react badly to large amounts of it.

Good luck! :)
