I am still having problems with PM. Accessing the account through the link at the top of the page is sporadic at best. And I am not getting messages. Please help.

The link you posted is how I have to get to my message most of the time. However, I am not getting message people are telling me they send. I wondered if not being able to access the messages through the primary link at the top of the page and only access through the alternate link has effected my received messages.
