Baby won't stop moving...

When I first lay my 5 month old down, she goes right to sleep.  About 30 to 45 minutes later she wakes up.  I usually can get there and put her paci in and pat her so she doesn't wake up to much.  But, it is like she can't settle in.  She just squirms forever.  Sometimes for 40 minutes.  Ca she not fall into that deep sleep?

Do you swaddle?

Are you on EASY?

Use a paci?

Yes, she is on the 4 hour EASY.  She also uses a paci.  I haven't tried to swaddle her yet.  She sleeps on her tummy, so I didn't know if swaddling would be a good idea.

I tried the swaddle and this morning she took a 2 hour nap and now she is about 45 minutes into her second nap!

She is bottle fed.
Bedtime is 7:30
She wakes between 6:30 and 7
First nap around 8:45 for 1.5 to 2 hours
Second nap around 12:45 for 1.5 to 2 hours
Third nap around 5ish (only 30 to 45 minutes)

This is only our 7th day of easy.  I think she will get better as we go.  Today her naps are already better!!!

Woowhoo!

As you are only on day 7 of EASY training, i would continue as you are.

If after day 14, you find she still take short naps, try increasing her A time by 15min.
