There are lots of different ways to intro solids...the most common is what you described, bottle first thing in the AM then solids about 1 hr later. This is the method Tracy recommends, as it ensures your LO fills up on bottle/breast and gives you the whole day to watch for reactions to new foods. There are different methods, like giving them one after the other or solids first then bottle 1 hr later.
As for a sample schedule, your best bet is to check around in the EASY forum. I don't know if Tracy gives a sample routine in her first book, but in The Baby Whisperer Solves All Your Problems, she doesn't give a sample solids routine until 6-9 mo because she doesn't typically advise giving solids before 6 mo.
