My DD is 7.5months old. I have been working on sleep problems since she was about 3months. I concentrated on night sleep as I felt this was the most important to help me get through the days. I still worked on naps but have not had any success (still 45mins). Recently she started sleeping through the night
so now I think I should work more on those naps. I was wondering if anyone can help me with a plan for what time to put her for naps and how many etc... (Ideal wake time 6.30). Thank you for your time.
