time change-baby still on old routine

Not sure how to deal with the time change. My 5 month old used to get up at 6:30-7am and now she is getting up at 5:30-6 am because of turning the clocks back. this is also messing up her naps and eating times. how do I adjust this??? I just got onto EASY last week and now I do not know how to fix her times.

Before time change
up6-7am
eat 7,11,3,7
nap usually 2 hours after being awake approx 45-1 hour each (3 naps)

now
up 5:30-6
eating 5:30-6
naps earlier because up earlier
feeds all over the place

what do I do?

Just start moving up times in five to fifteen minute increments.  It gets better.  I started Isom on it two weeks before time change.  He's about right on schedule again.

I dream fed my son 1 hour later and that automatically got him up 1 hour later. We had a problem with him napping at the new times for a day or so, but he seems to be fine now with the new time. You know your baby best, if he doesn't handle change easily then you might want to try a more gradual approach. If he's fine with change, then you could try moving his schedule up by an hour.
