My three week old girl is a fast feeder - seems very happy to just feed for 10-15 mins every 3+ hrs. 

I have tried to express and then feed her through Avent teats (the ones that come with the bottles - presume newborn?).  She made funny sucking noises and started to get terrible wind.  It seemed as though it wasn't fast enough for her.

Can anyone recommend teats that might work?  I tried Avent variable, but they were too fast!

I used Dr Brown's bottles - more fiddly to deal with but DEFINITELY reduced the wind massively, as no air gets in. I don't know where you are but you can get them at Mothercare. A bit more ££ but worth it.
