Clocks changed on Sun night in UK, now poor toms routine is reaal confused....strugling to get him to stay in bed later, dont want to go back to getting up at 6 am....only just got him to sleep till 7!!! :(  never mind...im sure if we do it gradually well get there!!

i'm with you on that one.we just got ryan sleeping longer in the mornings we were actually creeping to 7.30am :lol: but since the clocks went back we have had 2 mornings at 6am and this morning we had a 6.45am so it might not take as long this time.we kept him up as long as we could for his nap and the rest of his schedule stayed the same.good luck

Any hints or tips on this would be appreciated.  yesterday our day started at 6.00am and today he first woke at 5.15am and was wanting up at 5.30am.
