Please help me on getting my LO to sleep better.
« on: November 07, 2005, 12:06:17 pm »
My daughter is 3 months and I am so sleep deprived and do not know what to do anymore.
She goes to bed like an angel at 7pm after bath and bottle and can go until 3 am.  Have tried dreamfeeding but only takes about an ounce so have been waking her but only takes 2-3oz.  She wakes again around 3 or 4 and is very unsettled until 7am.  Have tried pu/pd recently and not seen any difference after 3 days.  What might I be doing wrong.  She does not nap well in the day either.  Some days she can do the 3 1.5hr but most of the time it's 30mins. :(

You will have to work on getting her daytime naps longer and that will make her nightimes longer.   Use sshh/pat instead of pu/pd. That has worked for my DD. Keep on with the DF, as that stores up her calories to make her go longer through the night.
