help sleep patern changes every day ?

Hi wonder if anyone has any advice, my little boy is 11 weeks old and feeds every 3 hours during the day has between 28-32 oz, some nights he sleeps till 5 am others he still wakes at 2 am. I don't understand the 2 am wakes are every 2 - 3 days, he won't eat more during the day and I need a good nights sleep PLeeease, I keep to the same routing during the day and he goes to bed between 7 -8, then has dream feed at 10.30 - when he has the df he always wakes up at 2!!!!!  Husband works nights so it's all me, he's a really good baby just want a night time routine x

Not all babies respond positively to a df.  If he's waking up again at 2 AM after giving a df, but wakes up at 5 AM when he doesn't get one, just drop the df altogether.

My ds did the same thing so we just stopped it completely.
