Just for fun: forgetful moments?
« on: November 09, 2005, 03:33:50 am »
So lately I've found myself forgetting my brain..I'm hoping it will come back again soon.

Anyone care to share some of their more forgetful moments?
Here are a few of mine:

1.  While at work: forgot to attach bottle to pump and didn't notice until a pool of milk started soaking through my pants
2.  Forgot part of the pump at home while at work
3.  Forgot to mute the phone while on a conference call (to limit the pump noises)
4.  Left pumped milk at work - not in refridge

At least I haven't walked out of the office with my shirt undone...yet!!
(Should this be a poll question...not sure how that works)

Today I had a good one - not exactly breastfeeding related but here goes:

When Sam woke up earlier than usual at around 1pm I decided it would be nice to go for a quick swim at the local pool and then have a late lunch. Swim was lovely and we were just tucking into lunch and I was thinking 'oh, shall I have a piece of cake?' when I remembered I HAD ALREADY EATEN LUNCH WHEN SAM WAS SLEEPING. I'd had a sandwich, yoghurt, fruit. A full lunch. I had completely forgotten about it.

Actually maybe that is breastfeeding related!

Well, I was on my way to a library to return the books, I unlocked the car, put Anna in her carseat only to realize that I didn't take books with me.

Not breastfeeding, but this morning I fixed a bottle, walked right past ds and headed over to dh!  Yep, that's right.  I was gonna give my husband a bottle!
