Miracle Blanket
« on: November 11, 2005, 09:09:35 am »
WOW what a miracle.

The postie arrived with my miracle blanket yesterday after my DD (55 min  :x ) nap.

I used it for her next two naps (first 2.10 hrs) normal for her, but I only to put her dummy back once . The second (1.40hrs) and then I had to put her dummy back in once .

She had a DF at 10pm.  My DP did this because the previous night was bad.  She woke at 6.05am  , I put her dummy back in and she slept until 7am

I am praying this isn't a one off type of thing.

The miracle blanket is truly a miracle.    :D

First night we used ours on ds and he slept from his last feed at 10 until 7 am!  Totally worth it!

Any links for this miracle blanket?  I've never heard of it.  TIA!

Although I see you're son is 8 months old?  He's probably too big for the blanket now, since it only comes in one size!

Ahhh... it's a swaddling blanket. Makes sense.  :-)

I've found that these sort of blankets are somewhat stretchy and my DS would always be out of them pretty quickly, even at 2 mo.  Would you say that the material is very sturdy or is it slightly stretchy?

I think it is sturdy, but it is also slightly stretchy.  It's made of cotton, so it's pretty sturdy.  But it does give a bit, so you can actually pull it tight, you know?
