cup query
« on: November 11, 2005, 16:11:40 pm »
I recently bought a cup for ds to take water from (anyway-up-cup from 4 months) and he took to it straight away. I was thinking that if he would take milk from it as succesfully as water, is it too soon to get rid of bottles? I remember that dd was taking milk from cups and we had no more bottles at 8 months, but do we think generally the earlier the better?
Thanks all.

IMHO, if they will take from a cup over a bottle now, GO FOR IT!!!!!

It's so much harder the more attached they get to the bottle!!

hello... how does the anyway up cup compare to other sippy cups with a valve?  is it easier to use by any chance?  i'm hoping that ds will take to a cup since he won't really feed from a bottle.  thanks :)
