breast milk through the nose?

I've just started noticing that my daughter seems to be getting milk coming through her nose when she feeds.   Of course this happens the day after I went to see Dr. Jack Newman.  Has anyone else had this happen.  She seems to be quite fussy when it does happern.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think I'd be pretty fussy, too, if I had milk coming out my nose... :shock:

Does it happen in every feeding position?

I really only have one feeding position.  I guess I could try a football hold.  I just sort of perfected the cradle hold and never left it.

this used to happen with Fraser occassionally. i can't honestly remember what i thought caused it at the time but he was fine. just wanted to let you know it is not too rare.

Marlo did this the other day, but she sneezed while she was eating.  It scared me at first and then I got the giggles really bad and scared her.  :lol:
