How long do you keep the evening milk feed?
« on: November 11, 2005, 18:26:25 pm »
Ella is drinking milk at breakfast, lunch, supper and right before bed from a sippy. She takes 5  or 6oz at the first three feeds and her bedtime one can vary from 4-8oz. She's sleeping like a champ these days (knock on wood) anywhere from 12-14 hours overnight with a one or two hour nap during the day. She also has two snacks with water. I don't want to mess with a good thing but that last millk right before bed has definitely become part of our routine. I'm just wondering how long you keep that feed for....

Any advice most welcome!  :D

Hi sharon,

Lily didn't drop her bedtime bottle until she was 14mths old, they say this is usually the last bottle that most babies drop .  I wouldn't worry about it too much if it is not broken why fix it!!

If you are worried about she is having too much milk then perhaps cut out the one that she has with her supper!

HTH :D  :D

ps: i noticed on your ticker that she is nearly 1 yr old!!! when is ellas bday??
