Hi everyone. My little one has reflux and when I drink milk it really does a number on him. So I have switched to soymilk and it seems to be wokring fine for us.

My mom scolded me saying that soymilk has estrogen in it and I was giving estrogen to my son! That he would get "man boobs" or "tiny bits". This is ridiciulous! Right?

Yes, that is ridiculous.  What about soy baby formula?  It must be an old wives tale or something.  Besides, I doubt that he would get very much of the phytoestrogens from soy just through your breastmilk.
