14 month old fighting sleep times .... help!!

Hi Amanda,
Sorry it's taken so long to reply...work, progress and regression with our lo.
I really feel for you at the mo.
I was wandering if wind down before bed could be a bit longer. What does Hannah do before the 15 minute routine? As wandered if she had not wound down from play?
I have found with Henry this issue of control seems to be pertinent and noticed on another thread with a spirited one that that was the case. I wander if changing other things in the day and giving her control in the day where it is feasible may help?eg. would you like teddy or puppy to take to bed?. Just a thought. This has helped with Henry a lot.

I have now been leting Henry cry a littl ebit longer but not get to the really fraught stage but just going in every few minutes (not at a designated time) as find if I am in room constant distraction for him.

Best wishes
Tash
