Taking a Break

This was a very hard decision for me. Last week, I returned to work full time, and I realized that it was time for me to take a break from moderating. 

I would like to thank you all, for reaching out to me, and giving me a chance to help you. I have to say, I feel so humbled and honoured.  I am just a mom, who has gone through a lot with her babies.  And the one thing I have learned.. take it day by day, and enjoy those precious moments. Brendan, who is one, and Matthew, who is four, have grown up so fast-- I am very lucky to have them.

I will leave you with this last message:

Learning to sleep and stay asleep is a process, a journey-- not a destination. For newborn to one year old, there are so many changes-- leaps and bounds. Their little brains and bodies are developing so quickly,that what happens in one week will be different from the next.

Oh Jane you will be missed. Thank you for all the help you've given me. It's truly appreciated! There is no doubt in my mind a big part of Ella being such a good wee sleeper now is due to your advice and support.

Jane, I have learned so much from you.  You have given so much back to the boards and Tracy's work - so thank you!  It has been an honor to work with you!  I will miss you!!  :(

Jane, heartfelt thanks for all your support to me and the other mums.  Your generous advice is so much appreciated.

We will miss you but do enjoy your break and I hope you will still be around for us to say hi to once in a while.

Good luck on your return to work.

You have given me some really helpful advice in the past either in response to a post of mine or by me reading other posts which you have helped with.

I am sure you have made a huge difference to a lot of people.
