I'm not sure if i should work on doing the dream feed or not. My 5 week old usually eats at 9pm and then he will sleep 4 hours if I let him. If I wake him up for the df he only eats a little then only sleeps 3 hours. I don't want to give up that 4 hour stretch, it's the only one I'm getting right now,  but I would love for it to be later. Should I try the df again when he's older or just give it up and go to bed at 9?

He is usually up at 7-730 am. He eats in about 10-20 mins. is usually up 30min -1hr  then down for a nap. He eats usually every 2 1/2 -3 hrs until the 4pm feed then he's usually hungry every 2hrs until the 8:30 or 9:00 feed where he sleeps for 4 hours then eats every 3 until 7am. Lately he's been waking up early from naps, but that's only been for a day or so.

I think at that age I fed dd at 7:30 pm, 10 pm, and then 3 am, 7-8 am.  Would that timeline work for you and ds?

Maybe, though he has yet to go 5 hours between feeds, but maybe if I tried the df again he would. Are they supposed to take a full feed at df, or just a snack?
