Hi, my LO (is that short for little one?) is now 3.5 months old, and is on something close to a 4 hr. schedule. She does the waking up after 40-45 minutes for her morning nap (even if I go in and try to do the wake to sleep), but can sleep from 2.5-3 hrs. in her afternoon nap... is this normal and okay? I tried waking her up after 2 hrs., and she became very cranky, started crying, then went back to sleep after about 8 mins. :shock:
I remember Tracy mentioning about stealing time, but isn't sure if it applies here. My LO seems to be doing okay with this, except that it has made her night time sleep shift to an earlier hour, anywhere from 7:45-8:30 p.m...(which I'm okay with) She usually will sleep a good 6-8 hours through the night before waking for a feed. Any suggestions/advice appreciated! :lol:
