How to start EASY from birth
« on: November 19, 2005, 03:01:46 am »
Anyone who started EASY from birth, could you please give me some pointers & tell me about how those early days went? What did your EASY log/day look like? How do you do EASY in the begining if bf? (Cause the first few days don't they feed on demand till your milk comes in on like day 4 or so?) I really want to start right away using EASY with ds#2 cause I found the book & started it WAY TOO LATE with ds 1 & don't want to repeat the horrific experiences I had with him if at all possible. Any practical advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thx,

Jen

What I did for EASY from birth is put to sleep awake if possible.  At that age though if he/she fell asleep a couple of times while feeding and had terrible naps, it was ok, but otherwise my main goal was just to put them to sleep awake  :D
