need to get to a 4 hr EASY
« on: November 22, 2005, 21:55:42 pm »
My daughter is 19 weeks and going throught the 45 min nap thing. We are trying to work on that but we just weaned from the paci a week ago so kind of slow going. She strayed from her EASY routine at 3 months because of the nap problems and the constent night wakings I am assuming is from the growth spurt. We are having a heck of a time getting back  on sched or to a 4 hour EASY. Any ideas how to get back on track with a 45 min napper?

Thanks,
Kate

I'm not really sure, but it sounds like you were on a 4hur routine, but fell off track?  what is the routine now?  Do you have Tacey's newest book?  In there there is a section on how to transition from a 3 to a 4 hour easy and it includes dealing with a 45 min napper.  Post your routine and maybe we can help.
