Teeth question

My dd seems to be teething off and on, however, I just noticed today that she has a white nub near her upper right incisor.  Nothing on the bottom where the first teeth should come in, and nothing else on the top.  Anyone else's LO get teeth in a different order than usual?

Yep my ds' teeth came in a different order completely to what all the books say.  Don't worry about it.  They will all popo through eventualy so I don't think the order matters.
