ARGH- can't seem to share this site with friend
« on: December 04, 2005, 17:49:29 pm »
i (mistakenly?) showed this site to a friend whilst visiting her. i must have logged on too.  my friend now says whenever she goes onto the site she is logged on as me and cannot log out! (even at my house i have to deliberately log in - why do i log in automatically on my friends computer and why won't it let me log out/her log me out??)
now that she has seen the site there are a bunch of message boards that she would like to get onto but feels that she shouldn't "as me".
please help!
p.s. i have also tried refering her but its always signed in as me when she opens the page  :cry:
so frustrating! i really don't get computers

Ask to copy and paste the link below into her address bar the next time she logs onto the site, and press go, that should log her out;

http://www.babywhisperer.com/forum/login.php?logout

After that, get her to clear her browser cookies, that'll stop her auto login, and she can set up her own account to login then if she wants :D

As for the auto-login for yourself, you need to use the login boxes at the bottom of the forum, and not login at the top.

HTH, please update to let me know :D
