How do you drop catnap for 7 mos. old when its a struggle to keep them up even 2  1/2 hours of A time?  I've recently moved to 2 1/2 hours A time and he's responded with 30 min. naps.  I know to drop the catnap I have to push the afternoon nap back even farther but he's struggling with how it is right now.

Can you post more of the routine?

One thing I did was put my lo to bed earlier.  This didn't seem to affect her wake up.  And then over a couple months I eventually extended her bedtime back out to the same point.
